There is something about summer and eating bright colours that just makes you feel vibrant and filled with life!
Purple cabbage is a great source of phytonutrients which may help reduce chronic inflammation… and brings an awesome pop of colour to the plate!
Filling your diet with foods rich in antioxidants give your body a great platform to reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
High volume and awesome for you… it might also be the sauerkraut lover in me, but red cabbage is the bomb.com!
In a wok or pan, sauté:
- Purple cabbage
- Green onions
- Protein of choice (I used shrimp today!)
For the Drizzle
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Pressed garlic to taste
- Chopped green onions
- Fresh, finely grated ginger
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
Alternative Ingredients (not pictured but also delicious!)
- Julienned carrot
- Pickled ginger
- Smoked salmon
