YES! It’s true! I opted for this instead of a second coffee in the afternoon and felt awake and energized- I think this will become a daily ritual!
Truth be told, I made this with the purpose of taste and thirst quenching ability whilst I paced around my backyard practicing a presentation on a hot day. The health benefits are a bonus!
Well… our mint leaves from our garden also HAD to be used. You know how it is once fresh herbs are picked- they’re only fresh for so long!
This recipe takes about 30 seconds to blend together and is a treat for your body and mind… and taste buds!
- 2 cups water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 dropper full stevia (Also tastes good without if sweetener is not for you!)
- Prep a jar or glass with a straw and a few cubes of ice in the bottom.
- Blend all ingredients and strain through a sieve into the jar.
- Sip away and smile at the sun!
