Here’s a full day of meals in under 10 minutes each!
A question I’m often asked is, “Where do you find the time to cook/meal prep?”

I like to prep protein and carbs so they’re ready to go (on this day, chicken, turkey, and rice) and cut veg (which I store raw in a Tupperware) at the beginning of the week. With different seasonings, they can be combined to create all types of different meals!
Another way to prioritize cooking is to listen to podcasts while cooking, which makes it a calming, meditative experience. I WANT to find the time! 🙂
Each of these meals took under 10 minutes- 10 minutes that could easily fly by on your phone, for example!

MEAL 1: 45g large flake oats, 1 scoop whey powder, topped with 2 tbsp PB2 and sugar free syrup
MEAL 2: 3/4 cup egg white omelet with small handful low fat cheese, stuffed with sautéed kale, peppers, and mushrooms and 1 medium sweet potato cut and baked as fries
MEAL 3: Salad from fast food(Spinach, alfalfa sprouts, mushrooms, sautéed onions, cucumbers, 100g grilled chicken, parmesan, teriyaki sauce)
MEAL 4: 1/3 cup rice, 100g chicken, 100g steamed broccoli
MEAL 5: Homemade cookie dough (recipe here)
MEAL 6: Turkey breast, sautéed zucchini and red onions
MEAL 7: Protein Ice Cream topped with 2 cups rice puffs and sprinkles

Eating “clean” foods honestly feels amazing. The body just thrives! With the exception of the protein ice cream, these meals are all meal prep friendly to keep you going no matter what you’re doing!
