❄️MINT OREO PROTEIN BARK❄️ (that literally melts in your mouth)

As I sit at my table writing reports, I get snacky.

Basically, I become pooh bear at the beginning of this video… ONE OF MY FAVOURITES…. too funny not to share!

This is the perfect snacking food when you need something sweet and decadent… but simultaneously loaded with protein!

Nutritional Information for the entire recipe:
280 Calories
3 g Fat
18 g Carbs
43 g Protein

A Mint Oreo Blizzard from Dairy Queen. That is what this tastes like. My flavour of choice after a soccer game as a kid!

• 1 scoop (35 g) Vanilla or Cookies and Creme whey powder
• 3/4 Cup (175 g) plain greek yogurt
• Optional sweetener of choice (I used a few tbsp granulated monk fruit extract)
• 1 reduced fat oreo, chopped finely
• 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

(if you want to get into true minty Blizzard spirit, you can add a few drops of green food colouring as well :))

❄️ Combine whey powder, plain greek yogurt, and extracts in a small bowl.
❄️ Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
❄️ Thinly spread the mixture across the pan (It will cover about 2/3 of it) and sprinkle with/press in the chopped Oreo.
❄️ Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
❄️ Snap apart and let it melt!

10/10 would not recommend leaving this out- it will melt! I like pulling pieces out of the freezer as I snack!
