• 1 scoop whey powder
• 1 tbsp (15 g) coconut flour, sifted*
• 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 tsp imitation butter or caramel flavouring (in the baking aisle)
• rainbow sprinkles
*Do not skip this! Nothing is worse than a dry pocket of coconut flour!
- Mix the dry and wet separately.
- Combine and fold in sprinkles.
- Eat it right away with a spoon or refrigerate for a few minutes for a traditional refrigerated cookie dough texture.
