I LOVE making fitness-goal friendly versions of foods I enjoy, and this recipe has:
• 1 cup (250 mL unsweetened cashew milk)
• 1 tbsp (15 g) baking cocoa
• Sweetener of choice (honey is delicious, or use Splenda for a lower calorie option!)
• 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (This makes it super rich and creamy!)
• Pinch salt
Simply blend all ingredients, heat, and serve with mini marshmallows or coconut whipped cream!
